Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please provide a description of the issue and details on how the order was packaged and include pictures of the damaged items and their packaging (both the exterior and any inserts).
These photos are crucial for issuing a refund. We will also inquire if the package itself is damaged and request photographic evidence. Your thorough responses and valuable images are greatly appreciated.
If your order includes multiple items, please indicate whether you need a reprint for all of them.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
